Custom Creations

I designed my BBQ invitation a couple of years ago for my friends' rehearsal dinner (a bbq dinner at Memphis' Famous Rendezvous Restaurant) and it has been a huge hit ever since.

Also looks great in other colors.

And this past week I've had requests for more customized options (which I love!)

On the left we have a seafood boil rehearsal dinner invitation - I softened up the colors a bit and replaced the pig with a crab - perfect! And on the right we have an invitation for an Oktoberfest themed engagement shower, so I used harlequin patterned background and swapped the pig for clinking beer steins. Both invites have the same basic layout as the BBQ invite, but with enough changes to make 2 completely original invitations!

All invitations are available on my Etsy Shop (click here). I always love custom design work, so don't be afraid to ask!

Real Weddings - Caroline & Paul

Let's take a small break from Christmas Overload and check out an awesome beach wedding...

My good friends Paul & Caroline were married in Florida this past fall. I (unfortunately) was unable to go, but it appeared to be a super fun time and a beautiful wedding. Let's review!

Rehearsal Dinner Invitation
Clearly, Paul and Caroline have bad-ass senses of humor! They wanted an airbrushed invite and I was more than happy to oblige! Caroline specifically asked for the two dolphins kissing - hilarious!

Wedding Invitation
They wanted something sweet, relaxed and beachy - but not too beachy.

Love the soft colors for the bridesmaid dresses and the different yet coordinating Matron of Honor dress.

Love her dress!

Caroline also wanted her wedding stationery to coordinate, but not look the exact same as her invitations. I decided to keep the same color palette and incorporate a fleur de lis design (Caroline loves fleur de lis ). She absolutely loved the design!

All in all it looked like it was an amazing trip and I'm super jealous that I was unable to go! Congratulations, Paul & Caroline! I wish you a lifetime of happiness!

New orders!

Happy Monday Tuesday, everybody! Here is a sampling of some of my most recent orders - it looks like twins and elephants are hot these days! Enjoy!

I LOVE this color combination for a boy or a girl!

Love this design with the pink and green for a Sweet 16 party!
These were some color samples I did for a client. She liked the black and avocado best!

love the peach and gray!

More elephants!

One boy and one girl, so they wanted to letters to switch between blue and pink - so cute!

I know I already posted this one - but I just love it soooooo much!

LOVE this color combo as well! I love it when my clients are creative and unique!

Love all of these bright colors juxtaposed with the gray!

Happy Monday!

Some friends of mine (with very good senses of humor) are getting married on the beach and they wanted something a little trashy fun for the rehearsal dinner invitation!

It might be one of my favorite designs eva!
